Staff were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Location was ideal with a bus stop right outside, making city exploration easy. the carpets in the room were stained and needed cleaning. The furniture felt worn and outdated. Air conditioning could've been more reliable, leading to some discomfort at night. Breakfast selection was average, and at €11 each, it didn't quite meet expectations. A lack of transparency regarding pet policies was frustrating. bringing my pet became a hassle since I couldn’t leave it alone in the room.

Came for the Fira and the location was spot on. Staff were super friendly and even rocked some English, helped us get around. Loved the chill area with a piano and games, lekker spot to unwind after a long day!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Beleret. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, perfect for resting after my day of sightseeing. The staff were so helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. The location near public transport was incredibly convenient.

Only a 20-minute ride from the airport, making it decent for quick layovers. Spacious triple room suited our family just fine for a night’s stay.

I had a great experience with a spacious room that included a work desk and a large bathroom with twin sinks. The location was fantastic with the bus stop right outside and a metro station just a minute away, making it so easy to explore the city. The staff was very helpful in providing recommendations and kept the rooms clean. One thing I would have appreciated is having blackout curtains for a better night's sleep.

The staff was really helpful! I felt like visiting my family's house! They went above and beyond, especially at breakfast, where everything was more than delicious.
